So…it’s been nearly a year since my previous post. A lot has happened! I got married, got another house, another kid, another in the oven, I became a Private Tobacconist and many other things. You know how it be! Anyways, I’ve recently moved my websites over to Digital Ocean and I must say that I’m impressed. I reckon, they’ll be home for my sites for the foreseeable future.

Making the switch was rather painless as I was able to get a droplet up and running, basically, instantly. I logged in via the built-in console, updated the system, installed the LEMP stack, etc… you get the idea. It’s as easy as doing anything on a local Linux Box.

As for the Private Tobacconist adventures. I recently got back into cigars in November and decided that it would be worthwhile to start a business. The closest retailer of fine cigars is 45-minutes from where I live. I spend a cigars-worth of diesel getting there and back. So, I’m trying my hand at being a Tobacconist. It’s working out well, thus far, as I nerd-out on whatever it is I’m doing.

So, for the future of this endeavor, I’m hoping to post weekly and, hopefully, several times a week on occasion. I’ve got a lot of pokers in the fire and am always adding more. My workshop is in-progress with a bunch of cool gear and a cigar lounge planned. I hope you guys tune-in and follow my weekly activities.
